Thomasson Printing’s cutting-edge facilities utilize Computer-To-Plate technology in our fully digital prepress workflow. The CTP technology offers the purest dot reproduction, elimination of trap and registration issues, fastest prepress turn times and environmentally friendly printing. We employ RamPage Ripping systems in addition to digital imposition software to speed the process even more. Digital color contract proofs, digital dylux, laser printers and Adobe ® Acrobat PDFs complete our repertoire of proofing avenues. You can communicate with us electronically or digitally in many ways. We accept Macintosh or PC disk, Zip, CD or you may send files to our FTP site. We also accept file attachments via e-mail but often file size restrictions or internet encoding create problems and are unusable. We offer archiving of your electronic files through AIT tapes and DVDs that are peripheral to our two electronic prepress fileservers. One tower boasts 1 terabyte and the other has 300 gigabytes. CDR services are also available. At our plants we employ a full range of one, two, four and six color Heidelberg presses and a classic letterpress. In 1994 Tommy Thomasson and Ron Flynn recognized that Thomasson Printing was unable to meet many of its customers’ short run process, five and six color needs. So Reflections Printing, a Thomasson company, was born as a wholly owned subsidiary. Since then, Reflections has outgrown its original space and its original Heidelberg 5 color GTO.  The pressroom now utilizes a 28" six-color Mitsubishi, 20" six-color Heidelberg, 26" two-color Komori, two-color Quickmaster and several other complementary presses. This versatility opens up a whole new world of quality for the 4, 5, and 6 color short-run printing market.

Reflections customers can now utilize the high quality and faster turn times that CTP technology has brought to Thomasson. The digital plate setter produces high quality, cost efficient digital plates which can be used on all of our presses.

Reflections has long offered much more than traditional short-run printers. Our Marietta production team has won several PIAG Print Excellence Awards over a period of several years, many of which were Best of Category. Our static cling and Cling Z® expertise in appliqués, decals and signs for point of sale has been a consistent award winner. We offer 24-hour turn around on process printed sales sheets and postcards if the film and proof are supplied. We have an outbound sales force spread through the metro area to pick up jobs, deliver proofs and provide great customer service.
